Breathing & Pranayama: Makarasana & Breath Awareness Exercises
Relaxation & Meditation: Basic Relaxation & Breath Awareness
Day 2 Yoga Asana: Replicate the poses from the initial day, and incorporate balancing asanas.
Mindful Breathing & Kapalabhati Pranayama
Day 3 Build on the foundation of the first day's poses and introduce hip-opening asanas.
Experience Kapalabhati for energy and Nadi-shodhanam for cleansing
Day 4 Unveiling the Heart Center: Opening the Chest.
Breath Consciousness + Nadi-shodhana
Day 5 Yoga Asana: Replicate the poses from the initial day, and Expanding Shoulder Mobility.
Build upon the foundation of day one with the addition of balancing postures
Day 6 Yoga Asana: Replicate the poses from the initial day, and Enhancing Core Stability.
Breath Focus: Direct your attention to your breath, practicing Nadi-shodhana and Ujjayi techniques.
Day 7 Seamless Fusion of Sessions in a Flowing Format
Breath Focus: Deepen your practice with Breath Awareness, followed by Nadi-shodhana and Bhramari techniques.
